Roaster Review: I went to Prime Roast Coffee Company on a recommendation from my wife’s friend and wow what a find. Judy roasted some beans from Yemen that have made me giddy with joy! All the flavor profiles are there.This is the coffee of all coffee’s in my world, a good Sumatra is hard to beat, but you can’t really go wrong with a well roasted Yemen. The deep wine notes and spices come out while it is brewing and that deep and complex taste on your tongue takes you to the far east in some spice merchants bar. Add some top shelve cream and then all the chocolate flavor comes out and then you are moved to another place and time. Go to Prime Roast Coffee Company or call them and order yourself a trip in a bag of coffee beans, it is very well worth it.
