Ozo, not Oz for this wonder world of coffee.
Ozo is a favorite of Boulder with a loyal following and for a good reason, they truly are a community coffee geeks shop. Offering bundle classes of roasting and coffee buying, a fundemental barista course,brew bar tasting and jam sessions on Sunday afternoons for all budding musicians. Ozo has currently has four coffee shops and one lab and a very busy roastery that keeps most of Boulder and the valley quite happy with fresh roasted coffee. What impressed me is the staff. They are great! Very helpful and I found them to be spot on with suggestions when you are stuck and trying to choose what coffee you want and take home and be sure to check out the cool latte art!
