Mud Bay Coffee Company in Olympia WA is one of those gem of a community coffee shop. Mud Bay offers a wide range of fresh roasted coffee that is roasted right there in the shop. The coffee roasted is small batch with quality in mind making their coffee quite outstanding. The food is fresh made and there is a conference room for rent, making Mud Bay Coffee Company a solid community coffee shop in suburban Olympia.
We came across Mud Bay after making our trip down the 101 from Sequim, it was a nice place to stop and get some coffee for our road trip. We selected some fresh made baked goods that are wheat and gluten free that are quite frankly very yummy rounding out our pleasant experience at Mud Bay.

I noticed Mud Bay has Fools Play Comedy on Saturday nights from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. show casing up and rising stars and local people trying their hand at being on stage. I like coffee shops that are community oriented they have a conference that you can reserve and use with a pleasant view and a fireplace to make you feel comfortable.
