Bristol Bakery & Cafe:While on our way to Mt. Independence, we went through the quaint town of Bristol and found their best kept secret, Bristol Bakery and Cafe. Bristol Bakery and Cafe started out only as a bakery, but over the years the owners have come and gone. Bristol has morphed into an all around Cafe, serving everything from breakfast to lunch, and a Sunday Brunch that has an outstanding menu. All of the bakery goods are made right there, giving you the freshest and most mouth watering selection anywhere.
Bristol is new to the coffee market, but boy do they have a firm grasp on it. Bristol gets the Megg’s Best Mocha Award, she does not give that award out lightly. It was a perfect mocha in her world and she was very right. Go out and find Bristol Bakery and Cafe when you are in Vermont, you’ll be glad you did.
